Principal
With over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney, he has successfully represented thousands of clients in acquisitions, dispositions, economic development projects, leases, rezoning approvals, loans, purchase agreements, and more.
Known for his strategic thinking and unique market insights, Bret has become a trusted advisor in the real estate community. His extensive work on complex real estate transactions has equipped him with the expertise to identify lucrative investment opportunities, address challenges, and deliver innovative, effective solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

BA English – Clemson University, Master of Environmental Law – Vermont Law School, Juris Doctor – Vermont Law School, Zentrale OberstufenPrufung – Goethe-Intitut, Master of Business Administration – Clemson University.
In his free time, Bret enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and their two Portuguese Water Dogs, Truman and Scout.
