Principal
Representing developers as an attorney for over twenty-five years is an education that provides immense insight and experience. He has experience in economic development projects, international transactions, rezonings, public school development and large financial transactions. This required him to have knowledge of tax implications, financial analysis, entity structures, local politics as well as effective inter-personal skills. He has not only advised on a variety of development projects, he was part of the development team and often the leader of the team.
