Mixed-Use Development in Winnsboro, SC

The Parks at Fairview is a 602-acre mixed-use development located on Highway 34 in the Town of Winnsboro, South Carolina. The Parks at Fairview will feature over 15 parks, 12 acres of amenity space and 59 acres of commercial development. The approved PDD and Development Agreement allow for 1,050 single family residential units, 600 multi-family units and up to 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The PDD also allows for flexible lot sizing to meet market demand, and the Development Agreement contains sewer allocations and other benefits for the development.
